Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

To process a return or exchange, please have the following ready:

  • Your original receipt or order confirmation
  • The product in its original condition and packaging (where possible)
  • A brief description of the issue (photos help us resolve it faster)

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is generally not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within a reasonable timeframe once the returned item has been inspected.

How long does delivery take?

Nairobi deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Deliveries to other towns in Kenya may take 3–7 business days depending on location and stock availability. For made-to-order or bulk office furniture, we'll give you a specific timeline when you place your order.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver countrywide. Delivery costs and timelines vary by distance — our team will confirm exact charges when you place your order or request a quote.

 

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery within Nairobi is often included or offered at a low flat rate depending on order size. Deliveries outside Nairobi are calculated based on distance and volume. Contact us for a delivery quote before you order.

Do you assemble the furniture on delivery?

Yes. Items that require assembly — such as workstations, boardroom tables, and modular furniture — are assembled by our team on-site as part of the delivery service.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
